![]() EGM (Eric G. Myers) is a user experience advocate, consultant and web strategist. His areas of expertise include User Experience Design for the web and applications, E-Commerce Implementation and Optimization, Internet Marketing (e-mail, search engine, etc.), Information Architecture, and Usability Testing. EGM was featured in the book "net.people: The Personalities and the Passions Behind the Web Sites." He was also profiled in Business First. Beginning in 2001, EGM was the Chair of BuckCHI, a local special interest group of the ACM that focuses on computer-human interaction and related issues. With clients such as NASDAQ, Waterpik, Hershey's, and more, EGM has been actively lobbying for improved customer experiences on the web since 1994 when he created his first web site for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. EGM lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and family. He has his BA from The Ohio State University, an MA from Bowling Green State University and is currently enrolled in the Fisher College of Business Executive MBA Program at the Ohio State University. |
